I’ve posted about the travesty of the legally and officially sanctioned dog poisoning in Kuwait. I’ve discussed the measures that can be taken to provide a safer and more humane method of animal control that is both beneficial for these helpless animals and for Kuwait itself.
Mark at 248AM has provided some great info on how we can help aid the animal community by both donating to K’s Path (the animal shelter that compassionately saves and rehabilitates animals in Kuwait) and by attending events like the Aware Center Diwaniya to raise awareness about this important and timely issue.
Be sure and check out those great posts, and start contributing to helping these poor animals out as much as you can.
As Mark has already provided, K’s Path needs a significant amount of money to help keep up the care and supervision of the Kuwait animal community through out the summer (I believe they need something like 10,000 KD to make it through the summer months).
