Eating red meat is one of the main causes of (breast) cancer. Prevention is better than cure.
I’ve heard about the red meat studies, although I think the causes of breast cancer are actually so diverse that’s it’s nearly impossible to pin down one main cause (or even a few). It can be dietary, hereditary, medically escalated, the list goes on.
Which is why I think the best thing people need to learn about breast cancer is how prevalent it is and how pressing the need for check ups is. Literally ANYONE can get it for no immediately apparent reason. And, god forbid you do find anything, early detection is the best way to insure easy, quick recoveries.
